Core Measure RN Abstractor
The Core Measure Abstractor is responsible for the review of core measure records and the abstraction of information from the medical records of discharged patients. The abstractor enters information abstracted from medical records onto screening tools and/or into data base programs as specified. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/SKILLS PREFERRED:
Surgery experience, quality review experience, BSN; Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ) EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/SKILLS REQUIRED:
RN licensed to practice in Oklahoma with 3-5 years acute care/surgical care experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) required. Data management skills required. Computer skills including word processing and data base programs required. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Core measures/quality management skills. If skills listed are not available at time or hire, associate must acquire soon after hire.
